SV 1899 Langensteinbach, officially Sportverein 1899 Langensteinbach, is a multi-sports club based in Karlsbad-Langensteinbach (Baden-Württemberg, Germany), with approximately 1,300 members. The football section plays its home matches at the Sonotronic Sportpark (Jahnstraße 65), which has an estimated capacity of 4,500 spectators.
The club was officially founded in 1899, but the football department originated in 1946 from a merger between a gymnastics club and a workers’ football club. In 2010, SVL took over the stadium from the municipality and modernized it with floodlights, a six-lane athletics track (plus seven sprint lanes), and field event facilities—much of which was built by club volunteers. In 2015, Sonotronic Nagel GmbH became the stadium’s naming sponsor.
Historically, the football team has competed mostly at the Landesliga and Verbandsliga levels. In the 2019/20 season, the club won the Landesliga Nordbaden and was promoted to the Verbandsliga Nordbaden for the first time in its history.
