    Why doesn’t my tournament appear on the website after adding it?

    After submission, our team reviews your tournament and collects the necessary information. This process can take 1 to 3 working days. You will receive an email once the tournament is live.

    How do I know if the information about my tournament on Voetbaltoernooien.info is correct?

    When you add a tournament, you will receive an email from the admin if anything is unclear or incomplete. After your tournament is added, you’ll get a confirmation email with a link to review the details.
    Every ten days, the system sends you an overview with the status of each pool.

    How do I create a new tournament?
    • Scroll down and under Tournament Management, select Add tournament for free.
    • If you already have an account, go to My Account and choose Add Tournament.
      Fill in the tournament details, upload a flyer if you have one, and click the blue Next step button to submit.
    • You will receive an email once the tournament has been added.

    Make sure you are logged in with the correct email address you used when adding the tournament.
    Still not working? Send an email to [email protected] with your tournament details.

    How do I manage my tournament on Voetbaltoernooien.info?
    • Create a free account using the same email address to which the tournament details were sent.
    • Go to My Account and select Tournament Pool Status.
    • Choose your tournament.
    • Update the pool status (Open / Full) in the right-hand column and click the green Save button.
