The Sommercup 2026, organized by TuS Celle FC e.V., will take place on 20 and 21 June 2026 at the historic Günther-Volker Stadium in Celle, Germany. This youth football tournament brings together teams from different regions for a competitive and enjoyable football weekend.

The Sommercup is known for its friendly atmosphere, well-structured matches and excellent organization. Young players will have the opportunity to compete against strong opponents, develop their skills and experience a professionally organized youth football event.

Tournament Schedule & Age Categories

The tournament will be played over two days:

20 June 2026

  • U12 (2014 or younger) – 10:00 to approx. 14:30

  • U11 (2015 or younger) – approx. 15:00 to 19:30

21 June 2026

  • U9 (2017 or younger) – 10:00 to approx. 15:00

Tournament Format

The Sommercup 2026 offers structured match formats suitable for each age category:

  • U11 & U12: played on two 7-a-side fields (7+1 format)

  • Two groups of 5 teams

  • Match duration: 15 minutes

  • Group stage followed by placement matches

  • U9: played on 3–4 small fields (approx. 40x25m)

  • Format 4+1

  • 12 teams in a round-robin system

  • Match duration: 10 minutes
