Get ready for the Rhein-Ruhr Pokal 2026, a brand-new international youth football tournament that will take place in Moers, Germany, during Whitsun weekend, 23–24 May 2026.
This exciting event replaces the well-known Uerdingen Cup and welcomes 80 teams from across Europe. Young talents will gather to play, compete, and experience football at its best in one of Europe’s largest and most vibrant metropolitan regions — the Rhein-Ruhr area.

Most teams will stay in Düsseldorf, a city famous for its culture, shopping, and nightlife, while matches will be hosted at the modern sports parks of GSV Moers and TV Asberg 1897 e.V. Together, they set the perfect stage for two unforgettable days of competition and camaraderie.

Accommodation & Fees

The participation fee is €150 per team. In addition, accommodation costs are mandatory. The final cost depends on the selected accommodation, meals, and transport options.
Available accommodations include:

  • H2 Hotel Düsseldorf City – Comfortable hostel in the city centre of Düsseldorf with modern rooms and facilities.

  • H2 Hotel Düsseldorf Seestern – Comfortable hostel in a quieter district along the Rhine, with fast metro access to the centre.

  • The Niu Tab (Holiday Inn NIU TAB) – Standard hotel within walking distance of Düsseldorf’s city centre.
