
SSV Köpenick-Oberspree is a historic sports club from Berlin, originally founded in 1908 as SV Markomania 08 Köpenick. The club’s home ground is the Käthe-Tucholla-Stadion, which holds up to 2,000 spectators. In addition to football, the club also offers other sports such as bowling, fishing, and gymnastics.
After several mergers and name changes over the years, the club was re-established in 2004 as SSV Köpenick-Oberspree. Its greatest success came with promotion to the Landesliga in 2007, where it competed until 2013. With its rich history and broad sports offering, the club plays an important role in Berlin’s sports culture.
