TSV Merklingen

TSV Merklingen is a sports club with a long and proud tradition, founded in 1901 and registered with the Stuttgart Association (VR 250072). With more than 1,200 members, including 500 children and young people, the club plays an essential role in the local sporting community. TSV Merklingen is a multisport organisation with three main departments: gymnastics with 620 members, football with 570 members and tennis with 105 members. The club offers modern and well-equipped facilities, including two football pitches (natural grass and artificial turf), both fitted with LED floodlighting for evening training and matches. The outdoor tennis area features six clay courts, and the club’s own sports hall includes two indoor tennis courts and two squash courts. TSV Merklingen also makes use of the school gymnasium and the Merklingen sports and event hall for training sessions, competitions and community activities. With more than 120 years of tradition combined with modern infrastructure and organisation, TSV Merklingen provides a safe, dynamic and diverse sporting environment for all ages – from children and youth players to adults.
