TuS Chlodwig Zülpich – The pride of Euskirchen since 1896
Founded in 1896, TuS Chlodwig Zülpich is one of the oldest sports clubs in Zülpich. It originated from the merger of Zülpicher FC and DJK Chlodwig Zülpich, named after King Chlodwig I.
The club once played in the DFB-Pokal (1979/80) and achieved several promotions to the Bezirksliga, Landesliga, and Verbandsliga Mittelrhein. After some tough years, they returned to the Landesliga in 2018.
Since 2009, TuS Chlodwig Zülpich has also had a women’s team, which competes in the Landesliga and became runner-up in 2014. Besides football, the club offers fencing, athletics, basketball, badminton, taekwondo, and volleyball.
